These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.ayemode.com and the purchase of products from AYE.

This website is operated by Silent Theme Production FZE LLC, trading as AYE.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AYE.

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, branding, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of AYE and may not be used without written consent.

2. Products & Availability

All AYE pieces are produced in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any products

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors

Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, slight variations in fabric texture, tone, and construction may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Request additional verification before processing an order

If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order or custom garments are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on material availability and production scheduling.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

AYE is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Lost packages once confirmed delivered by carrier

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Requested within the specified timeframe

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is included

AYE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, silhouettes, construction techniques, visual identity elements, and content are the exclusive property of AYE.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
