Each AYE piece is prepared with care and dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.
AYE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local courier services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AYE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery or refund of the order.
