Refund policy

Each AYE piece is produced in limited quantities and with deliberate construction.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging

Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.
Due to limited production, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
